An API key is any credential — including tokens, secrets, service account keys, OAuth client secrets, or webhook signing keys — that you add to dashboard-column for monitoring or management. Each unique credential string counts as one key against your plan's limit. Keys from any provider (AWS, Stripe, OpenAI, GitHub, and more) are supported.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated immediately so your new limits take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, giving you full access through your current period. No penalties apply to either change.

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial of the Team plan — no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial you can subscribe or roll back to the Free tier without losing your data. Trial usage does not carry over as credit to a paid subscription.

Enterprise is invoiced annually and scoped to your negotiated seat and key count. We support purchase orders, wire transfer, and ACH in addition to card payments. Your account manager will provide a detailed order form and SLA attachment before any commitment is made.

After cancellation your account enters a 30-day grace period during which your data remains fully accessible and exportable. After 30 days, all stored key metadata, audit logs, and account data are permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend exporting a full audit log before cancelling.
