By accessing or using dashboard-column, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
dashboard-column provides a SaaS platform for auditing, managing, and optimizing API keys through an intelligent dashboard interface. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
All content, features, and functionality of dashboard-column — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of dashboard-column and its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You agree not to use dashboard-column to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, transmit malicious code, reverse-engineer the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account. Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your data; by using the service you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, dashboard-column SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
